1. Irrevocable Nature of Digital Licensing
We want to be perfectly clear about our refund policy to avoid any misunderstandings. Because we provide digital products that are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the physical sense, all sales are final and non-refundable once the license key has been generated or transmitted.
Unlike physical goods, a digital key is an item of information. Once you have received this information, the value has been transferred. Therefore, we do not satisfy refund requests for:
- Changing your mind after the purchase is complete.
- Financial hardship or accidental purchases.
- Software incompatibility if your system does not meet the technical requirements clearly listed on our
product pages. - Failure to understand how to use the software (though we provide full support to help you).
2. Proof of Fulfillment for PayPal Protection
To ensure a fair environment for both parties and to comply with PayPal’s Seller Protection standards, we maintain advanced internal tracking. For legal and dispute resolution purposes, “delivery” is officially proven by our server logs which record:
- Server Dispatch Logs: The exact date, time (down to the millisecond), and destination email
address of the automated delivery system. - Access and View Logs: A record of the first time the license key was accessed through our
client portal or retrieved via the success page. - Activation Signatures: Every license is bound to a unique Hardware ID (HWID). When you
activate the software, our database creates a permanent link proving that the product is in your possession
and being utilized.
3. Resolution of Disputes and Chargebacks
We are a human-centric company and we are always here to help you. If you experience a technical issue, please contact our support team first. We guarantee a response and a solution.
However, filing a dispute for “Item Not Received” or “Unauthorized Transaction” on a product that has been delivered and activated is considered a fraudulent act. In such cases, the following protocol is strictly followed:
- Evidence Submission: We will provide PayPal with full server logs, IP addresses, and
hardware activation signatures as definitive proof of delivery. - Permanent Deactivation: The disputed license key will be instantly and permanently revoked.
- Hardware Blacklisting: Your hardware ID (HWID) will be permanently banned from our network,
preventing the use of any future VMSOI software on that machine. - Account Closure: Any associated accounts or future access to updates will be terminated
without further notice.
4. Electronic Check (eCheck) Payments
If you choose to pay via PayPal eCheck, please be aware that delivery is not immediate. Our system will only release the digital license once PayPal confirms to us that the funds have cleared and are settled in our account. This process typically takes 3 to 5 business days and is controlled entirely by the banking system, not by VMSOI.
