Hello and welcome to VMSOI Software. We want to be transparent with you. By purchasing our licenses, you agree to
this simple and clear agreement.
1. What are you buying?
You are acquiring a Digital Use License. Keep in mind:
- License, not ownership: We grant you permission to use the software, but the code remains
ours. - Digital Delivery: You receive a code (serial key) via email or on-screen. There are no
physical boxes.
2. Immediate Delivery
- Automatic: The system sends your key seconds after payment confirmation.
- Verification: If PayPal holds the payment for security reasons, delivery is made upon funds
release.
For PayPal: The product is considered “delivered” digitally at the exact
moment our server sends the activation key email to your registered address.
3. Refunds (Digital Products)
NO refunds are provided if:
- You have already viewed the license key (it is digital information that is impossible to return).
- You change your mind after using it or your PC does not meet the published requirements.
WE DO analyze refunds if: there was a technical error on our part or a duplicate charge.
4. Payments & Disputes
We process everything securely via PayPal.
- Zero Financial Data: We do not see or store your credit card information.
- On False Disputes: Filing a dispute for “Item not received” when we have server logs
proving digital delivery is considered fraud and leads to immediate blocking of the license and Hardware ID.
